Jeff Cram co-founded ISITE Design and serves as its Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for helping to shape the agency’s strategic direction, partnerships and service delivery. Jeff moved to Boston in 2004 to open the agency’s Boston office. The office has flourished under his leadership built on key account relationships that include Genzyme, Zipcar, MTV, Tufts and MIT. Jeff is an active member of the digital community as a blogger for Fast Company online and a frequent speaker at national events on topics including digital strategy, analytics, experience design and content management. Jeff lives in Boston with his wife and son and uses his trips to ISITE Design's headquarters in Oregon as an excuse to visit his miniature donkeys who currently reside on a farm near Portland.
Ryan works with clients leading them through Day2's digital optimization framework. Analytics and optimization can seem daunting task to many organizations, but Ryan excels at asking targeted questions that lead to effective measurement strategies, which are themselves the foundation of effective, ongoing optimization strategies. Ryan lends his analytics talents to develop pay-per-click, search engine marketing, site optimization, and implementation strategies for industry leading brands in healthcare, higher education, e-commerce, and travel. Prior to joining ISITE, Ryan worked for Webtrends and Symantec to provide analytics support. Ryan is also an active member of Web Analytics Wednesday, a national analytics group.
Amanda works with clients helping them build and utilize effective strategies for both paid and organic marketing. Amanda ensures that key selling and conversion pages are optimized for search engine visibility. She also works with clients to ensure that one continuous targeting strategy flows effectively from demand side marketing to the capture side user experience. She has an online marketing background that includes PR, SEO, Paid Search, Advertising and Online Marketing for brands like KinderCare, Oregon Health & Science University, and the University of Oregon.
Allen assists in identifying and implementing strategic analytics and testing optimization guidelines for helping clients achieve their long term goals. He manages analyzing and reporting on continuous optimization efforts in order to demonstrate positive business results over time. As part of the Day2 team, Allen uses his analytics talents to pinpoint high-value areas for improvement for both search engine and on-site optimization. Allen is Google Analytics Certified and is a graduate of Linfield College.
Laura assists in the creation and execution of strategic search engine optimization and digital marketing activities. She manages Pay-Per-Click (PPC) and SEO campaigns to drive qualified traffic to clients’ websites and effectively meet their established business goals. As part of the Day2 team, Laura helps identify opportunities to provide lift for clients such as KinderCare, Oregon Health & Science University, and Integra Telecom. Laura is Google AdWords certified and is a graduate of Oregon State University and the Art Institute of Portland.
Sheryl Hampton offers accounts 15 years of online business strategy and interactive agency experience. Sheryl collaborates with clients and the Day2 team to drive digital strategy and tactics that map directly back to business objectives, always following up with success measurement. Sheryl has managed strategy and deep relationships with Fortune 500 companies including Hewlett-Packard, Microsoft, KinderCare (Knowledge Universe), Sony Pictures, SolarWorld Americas, Twentieth Century Fox, and Columbia Sportswear. In her spare time, she finds random pictures of cats in human clothes, and finds ways to work them into everyday communication.
